On August 8, 1988 Willingboro Panthers PAL Football & Cheerleader Association was incorporated by the state of New Jersey. The objective of the organization is to promote the athletic and educational development of youth in Burlington County. The association founders are responsible for building the foundation of a program that has 22 years of service to our community. This page honors the men and women who created and developed the program that continues this service today.
