This letter will introduce you to the Willingboro Panthers Football Association. The Association has been in existence for 20 years, and has made a significant impact on the national stage, but most importantly we have had a positive impact on the youth in our community. Aside from learning to excel on the field, our young people have gained important life skills, such as leadership, fair play, self-esteem and an essential sense of self-worth. In the critical climate that faces today's youth, it is imperative that positive options are offered at an early age and nurtured through the formative years.

At this time we currently manage 6 teams, with ages ranging from 4 to 14, totaling 230 children, and 5 Cheerleading teams, ages 6 to 14, totaling 100 children. As one of the leading football Associations in the region, we have a long track record of excellence both in competition and the administration of our sports. Although we sponsor several fund-raisers throughout the year, the proceeds generally go towards team uniforms, equipment, and trophies. In order to enhance our program, we are currently seeking capital sponsorships to help us obtain items for the 2007 season. This will give our Association the opportunity to achieve the status quo of other organizations in the league. At this juncture, our Association is in dire need of the following:

•  Practice and Game Pants
•  A mobile concession stand/trailer
•  Practice equipment (tackling dummies, tackling sled, lights for practice field).

Aside from the philanthropic value of your sponsorship, your contribution to the Panthers' Football and Cheerleading program would raise the profile of your company amongst potential customers. Depending on the level of your investment, your company would receive advertising in the form of your company name and/or logo on the scoreboard, or your company name and/or logo on the sides, back or front panels of the concession stand, which could be shared by multiple sponsors. Your company would also be presented with a plaque of appreciation and recognized in all brochures, flyers, etc. distributed by the teams.
